Relationship Counselling is for everyone. Whether you’re married, single, living together or apart, we can help you to improve your relationships.
What is Relationship Counselling?
Counselling offers a confidential and supportive environment in this relaxing environment you can analyse problems and think about ways to address them.
What happens in Relationship Counselling?
After making an appointment, you’ll be seen by a qualified Counsellor. You can decide if you’d like to come with your partner or only yourself.
In your first session your counsellor will ask you questions about your relationship and what you expect to get from counselling. They might also ask you about any problems you’re experiencing, when they started and what changes you would like to see happen.
You might meet only once, or you might meet once a week for an extended period of time. What kind of counselling you receive – and how long counselling continues – all depends on you and what kind of issues you want to address.
What sort of issues can counselling help with?
People come to see us for lots of different reasons.
in a relationship maybe you’re arguing a lot or struggling to talk to your partner may be you are thinking about ending your relationship or coming to accept a break up.
Or You might be a happy couple who want to use our Couple Commitment programme to make your relationship even better, or a couple who have decided to separate and want to do it in the healthiest and best way possible. Or you might not be in a relationship right now and want to look at why you are alone.
Whatever the issue and you may think the issue is silly or so easy and simple, your counsellor will not judge you and everything you say will be confidential.
